I prefer to buy cooked ingredients in the market.
This is more easy to prepare the Mango Tapioca
Preparation Time: 30 mins Refrigerate for: 1 hour
Serving: 7
Ingredients:
3 cups small tapioca pearls (cooked)
2 ripe mango
250ml Nestle Cream
250ml Condense Milk
3 cups yellow gelatin (cooked)
Preparation:
Wash the mango, tapioca and gelatin. All the ingredients should be refrigerated first for 20mins.
Once it’s all cold, remove the mango from its seed. Use only 1 mango to mince.
Combine the cooked tapioca, minced mango, nestle cream, condense milk and gelatin. Then mix well.
Slice the remaining mango for topping.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Deliciously creamy and ready to serve!
Note: if you want to adjust the sweetness, add more condensed milk or add more ripe mangoes for you to enjoy the taste.
