This time I got my daughter to come with me. When we left for our evening swim at about quarter to eight, the air temperature was still over 27 C. The water temperature in the lake was probably about 24 C. Parts of Kalliojärvi must be deep in spite of its small size because there is this tall rock face on one size. The rock face jumpers and climbers were there like on Tuesday. I talked to one of them, a young man who wasn't jumping today but preferred to play volleyball instead, and he estimated that they jumped from heights of seven and eight meters. They knew the lake well. According to the young man, there was one visible rock in the middle but otherwise it was safe. I'd prefer volleyball every time, thank you very much! Needless to say, that if you don't really, really know the waters do not jump under any circumstances just because someone has claimed they're safe.
I felt warm and comfortable the whole time but the water felt cold to my daughter. I agreed to buy her a Roblox Builders Club membership to get her to dip in. She immediately turned on her heels, headed for the dressing booth and emerged ready for a swim. We swam for a long time and talked about a lot of things. She'll probably sleep better now.
Thanks to the rock face, it's not overcrowded.
It's a small lake.
Most people are leaving. Daredevils have left the rock face and have come here. They'd soon leave, too.
We managed to grab a sunset photo on the way home.
