There is a saying in our country: Fly like a headless fly
Thinking about how a fly flies in a zigzag manner.
That way of flying alone makes them extremely difficult to catch.
But one of those rainy days, where the temperature dropped. The flies were running into the house for warmth. I took advantage of that since they seemed a little dazed from the cold weather. And they weren't very active. So I took a picture of them
But even so dazed, they weren't completely calm.
And here is the information I learned and expanded upon while researching the fly.
The housefly (Musca domestica) is a cosmopolitan insect and a common household pest that mechanically transmits more than 100 pathogenic bacteria and parasites. Due to the structure of the oral apparatus, it cannot chew, but exclusively sucks liquid, and it is specific in that it can fly up to 7 km in just one hour.
Appearance: It is grayish-black in color with four longitudinal stripes on its back, and its body is covered with hairs.
Reproduction: Females can lay several hundred eggs during their lifetime, usually on rotting organic matter and garbage, where the larvae develop.
Health threats: Due to its habit of landing on food and garbage, it is a serious carrier of infectious diseases.
