No tires a la basura las latas, este material es de mucha utilidad y nos sirve para hacer increíbles manualidades y hoy les voy a mostrar una linda idea para hacer unas macetas con este material, en lo personal me gustan mucho las plantas y me gusta colocarlas como decoración en mi hogar y que mejor que hacer nosotras mismas unas macetas para lucirlas con orgullo, ven y te muestro cómo las hice:

MATERIALS
Las plantas son un elemento decorativo excelente para cualquier ambiente, bien sea oficina o nuestro hogar, ellas nos aportan alegría y hasta nos desestresan deleitandonos con su belleza, la elaboración de estas macetas es sencilla y quedan muy lindas, vamos a utilizar varios materiales fáciles de conseguir, aquí te dejo la lista de los materiales que utilicé:
- latas de cualquier tamaño
- palitos de altura o ramitas de árbol
- silicone
- hilo pabilo
- pintura al frio
- cinta decorativa o algo que te guste para decorar
- alguna herramienta que te sirva para cortar los palitos
- cinta métrica o regla 📏

The making of these pots is simple and they look very pretty. We are going to use several easy-to-use materials. get, here is the list of the materials I used:

PASO A PASO
STEP BY STEP
Lo primero que haremos será abrirle pequeños orificios a nuestras latas en la parte de abajo ya que esto hará que nuestras plantas no se ahoguen al regarlas, yo utilicé un clavo pequeño y un martillo y le abrí cuatro orificios a cada lata en total haremos dos macetas.
The first thing we will do is open small holes in our cans at the bottom since this will prevent our plants from drowning when watering them. I used a small nail and a hammer and opened four holes in each can. In total we will make two pots.
Para el siguiente paso haremos la decoración de nuestra primera lata, vamos a tomar la medida de altura de la misma, con ayuda de una tenaza o una tijera bastante fuerte cortaremos los palitos de altura 1 cm más largo, mi lata tiene 11cm así que los cortaré de 12 cm de largo.
Para saber la cantidad de palitos que necesitarás mide la circunferencia de tu lata y vas colocando los palitos en fila, luego los mides para que tengas el aproximado de lo que necesitas, mi lata tiene una circunferencia de 23, 5 cm así que haré esta medida en la cantidad de palitos que voy a necesitar.
For the next step we will decorate our first can, we are going to take the height measurement of it, with the help of a quite strong pair of pliers or scissors we will cut the sticks 1 cm longer in height, my can is 11cm so the I will cut 12 cm long.
To know the number of sticks you will need, measure the circumference of your can and place the sticks in a row, then measure them so that you have an approximate estimate of what you need, my can has a circumference of 23.5 cm so I will make this measurement in the amount of sticks I will need.
Vamos a ir pegando con silicone por todo el alrededor de la lata, así hasta completarla toda, si quieres que te queden derechos puedes irnos pegando tratando de qué te vayan quedando a nivel y al final final le recortas los sobrantes, en mi caso me gusta que quede disparejo así se ve con un toque vintage.
Los palitos son bastante económicos pero si no tienes en el momento puedes hacerlo con pequeñas ramitas de árbol y quedará igual de hermoso.
We are going to stick with silicone all around the can, like this until it is all completed, if you want them to be straight you can stick trying to make sure they are level and at the end you cut out the excess, in my case I like it Make it uneven so it looks with a vintage touch.
The sticks are quite inexpensive but if you don't have them at the moment you can make them with small tree twigs and it will be just as beautiful.
Luego de pegar todos los palitos vamos a proceder a pintar nuestra maceta, yo la pintaré de color negro pero puedes pintarla del color de tu preferencia, también puedes dejarla de su color original y se ve muy bien.
Esperamos un rato que seque la pintura para luego pegarle las Decoraciones, en mi caso me gusta mucho como se ve el color negro con dorado así que le colocaré una cinta dorada y un pequeño lazo, y así ya está lista la primera maceta
After gluing all the sticks we are going to proceed to paint our pot, I will paint it black but you can paint it the color of your preference, you can also leave it its original color and it looks very good.
We wait a while for the paint to dry and then stick the Decorations on it, in my case I really like how the black and gold color looks so I will add a gold ribbon and a small bow, and thus the first pot is ready
Ahora vamos a hacer nuestra segunda maceta, vamos a cortar palitos de aproximadamente 5 cm de largo, yo aprovecharé los pedacitos de palitos que me quedaron de la maceta anterior, y cortaremos también palitos de 15cm de largo en total vamos a cortar 9 palitos de 15cm y 6 palitos de 5cm.
Le vamos a hacer especie de tres patitas a nuestra maceta pegando grupo de tres palitos en cada espacio, el excedente se lo dejamos hacia la parte de abajo y por la parte interna de estas patas le vamos a pegar dos palitos pequeños, esto es para reforzarlas.
Now we are going to make our second pot, we are going to cut sticks approximately 5 cm long, I will take advantage of the bits of sticks that I had left from the previous pot, and we will also cut sticks 15cm long in total, we are going to cut 9 sticks of 15cm and 6 5cm sticks.
We are going to make three little legs for our pot by gluing a group of three sticks in each space, we leave the excess towards the bottom and on the inside of these legs we are going to glue two small sticks, this is to reinforce them .
Luego procedemos a pintar nuestra maceta, igual la pintaré de color negro, para decorarla le coloqué hilo pabilo que tenía guardado el cual me sobró de otra manualidad, a este ya le había colocado anteriormente escarcha y me pareció bonito para esta manualidad.
Le di 3 vueltas arriba y ah abajo con el hilo y para terminar le hice un lazo con el mismo hilo y se lo pegué con silicone, y así ya está lista nuestra segunda maceta, aquí les muestro el resultado y les cuento me encantaron, como decoración se ven muy lindas.
Then we proceed to paint our pot, I will still paint it black, to decorate it I added wick thread that I had saved which I had left over from another craft, I had already previously added glitter to this one and I thought it was nice for this craft.
I turned it 3 times up and down with the thread and to finish I made a bow with the same thread and glued it with silicone, and thus our second pot is ready, here I show you the result and I will tell you, I loved it, how decorations look very nice.
