Doctors say that a 15- minute walk brings more relief from anxiety and tension than a mild tranquilizer! Walking also triggers the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that relieve pain and stimulate relaxation, producing sense of calm and well being. But what if you have walked for about an HOUR? Would that still be a relief? Hahahaha

Well, it is a usual scene for me every weekends. Walking and walking and walking and walking.. Do you think we're not getting tired? Ofcourse we were at times. But we still do these things weekly because we are going to help the deaf and mute. As you can see on my very first post. I am a volunteer. And that's what gives me so much joy. So I'll never get tired just to reach them.
