Arepa de huevo are a typical fried in Colombia which is full of flavor, it is more popular in the Colombian coast where its consumption is massive and its ingredients are changing.
Its preparation is moderately simple because you just need corn, egg and oil, but according to the region it has more or less ingredients, for example in Cartagena we can find it stuffed with meat or chicken, in antioquia the most common is with only egg and so on.
