This is my entry photo for the Shadow Hunters Community contest 426. Thanks to for hosting this great contest.
I was out capturing shadows when the idea struck me to create this particular shadow using baskets. The inspiration came from my sibling's inter-club competition where these baskets are utilized in a game for kids. It's always enjoyable to watch children engage in this game where the balls are lined up, and they dash to gather them to fill their baskets. Some kids sprint from the beginning and manage to fill their baskets quickly, while others may take longer to do so. Many children get sidetracked by observing their competitors fill their baskets at a quicker pace.
This is a game I enjoyed playing during my school days. It brings back memories of the crowd of students and parents cheering and supporting each participant to finish quickly. Reflecting on those times brings a smile as I remember the joyous experiences life offers as we grow older, even if we can't relive or fully enjoy those moments now that they're in the past. I hope you also had a great time chasing shadows.
