Hello fellow steemers,steemsonians,steemies, or how you call yourselves here, let me introduce myself, my name is Marvin Virafuentes and i'm 24 years old. I was born in New York City and i lived in Brooklyn until i was 8 and then i moved to Mexico where i passed all my entire life until this day. Now i'm studying dentistry in one of the best universities in Mexico the BUAP located in Puebla. This is just to make a long story short, if you like to keep reading scroll down :)

when i first arrived to Mexico i was scared because i didn't know how to speak spanish very well so it was a really hard time when i was in elementary school, but through time i began to adapt and then love Mexico, i made a lot of friends and it was fun times. I have family in lots of places in Mexico, which made me travel a lot and i got really used to it and began to like it, it was astonishing how mant beautiful places Mexico had, and not only i traveled in mexico, i had the opportunity to go back to U.S when i got older to visit my birthplace NYC and other states.
I have (or used to) many hobbies, some of them i practice them to be better and others i do them distract myself, one of my favorite hobbies is videogames, i used to have a playstation when i was young but now i play using my PC, i play chess too, it's very relaxing for me. i play soccer with my friends sometimes and i used to play the acoustic guitar.
I love music and movies, i must say that my favorite music genre is rock and metal and of movies i'm a big fan of action and martial arts movies
But not everything in life is traveling and hobbies, now in this day i am a dentistry student, i picked this because it is very fascinating and i always loved smiles so recovering smiles is one of my objectives in this world. the university is known as the BUAP one of the best in mexico i am learning a lot of stuff here. but not only that my friends here are one of the best ive ever known, we help each other and sometimes grab some beers. i hope to be one of the greatest dentist out there

Como estan mis amigos steemers, dejenme introducirme, me llamo marvin virafuentes palma y tengo 24 años. naci en la ciudad de Nueva York y vivia en Brooklyn hasta los 8 años, luego me mude para mexico en donde hasta ahora he pasado toda mi vida. Ahora estoy estudiando odontologia en uno de las mejores universidades de Mexico conocido como la BUAP localizado en Puebla.
Cuando llegue de estados unidos a mexico, estaba muy asustado, no sabia hablar muy bien el español asi que fue un momento algo dificil para mi cuando iba a la escuela primaria pero con el tiempo me adapte y me empezo a gustar mexico, hice muchos amigos y tuvimos tiempos muy divertidos. tengo mucha familia alrededor de mexico por lo que a veces me la paso viajando a varios lugares, me acostumbre a ello y me empezo a gustar, he ido a varios lugares en mexico tambien tuve la oportunidad de volver a estados unidos para volver a mi lugar de nacimiento e ir a otros estados.
Tengo o solia tener varios hobbies para distraerme, podria decir que mi favorito son los videojuegos, solia tener un playstation cuando era mas chavo pero ahora solo tengo mi computadora, tambien me gusta jugar ajedrez, es muy relajante para mi y a veces juego futbol con mis amigos y antes solia tocar la guitarra acustica. Me encanta los que es la musica y el cine, mi genero musical favorito es el rock y metal y en el cine me gustan las peliculas de accion y artes marciales.
Pero no todo es diversion ahora estoy estudiando odontologia, escogi esta carrera porque se me hace fascinante y porque adoro las sonrisas por lo que trato de echarle muchas ganas. lo que me gusta de la universidad es que esta bien equipada y mis amigos que siempre nos apoyamos y cuando podemos vamos por unas cervezas.
