There are a lot of green vegetables which can never be overlooked in So Many ways which also has different aroma and taste after it is been Prepared. It has a lot of good nutrient in a very high manner when it is also prepared accordingly with more of natural soup ingredients. This ingredient will serve excellently well when it is been added and in one way or the other there are some special soup ingredients that makes your soup get more outstanding reward from people who consume it.

The likes of locust beans which is very healthy for much repair for eyes. For those of us who in one way or the other has some defects with the eyes you can eat constantly locust beans with green vegetables of different kinds it will help to correct your eyes within a short period of time when it is being consumed naturally as well as constantly. I went to the farm where are you harvested some appetizer to the stomach green vegetable seeds. It is highly necessary to keep this every planting season because it will helps the farmer to have a very good and current seed variety. One way or the other so it is absolutely necessary. This has been a very good helpful and when it comes to agricultural mindsets because I spend less when it comes to buy of agricultural seed.

This particular said I'm holding in my hand is called the appetizer to the stomach seed. When it's growing up it shows a very long treading seed-like part which starts from a very small portion to not too big portion and it moves and grow gradually with time. After which you see It changing its colour from Green to brown or black that means it has gotten to a very mature stage.

This is from the vegetable itself and also from the fresh green seed.

This has stayed for more weeks and turned brownish colour on its tree. Ready for Planting.

This has almost gotten dried and its super ready for Planting. In this aspect this kind of seed will germinate more faster than the fresh green seeds.

These are the already grown up green appetizer to the stomach vegetable which are to be transplanted as soon as possible. it can also survive in this kind of environment but the space is not too big.

This is also a very good nutritious green vegetable we eat in Africa or in Nigeria as a whole. It can We stand the rainy season as well as the dry season depending on how you manage them.
