¡Reciclaje Creativo Challenge! Florero hecho con botellas plásticas...

In our homes we use plastic bottles, bags, glass bottles, cans and other materials every day, which we sometimes throw away without giving them a second chance. That's why today I join this challenge which has the name; Creative Recycling, in which I make a vase with two plastic bottles. In advance I want to thank Hive account@jennyzer for this excellent initiative♻️♥

En nuestros hogares día a día utilizamos botellas plásticas, bolsas, botellas de vidrio, latas entre otros materiales que a veces desechamos sin darles una segunda oportunidad. Es por eso que hoy me uno a este challenge el cual lleva como nombre; Reciclaje creativo, en el cual realice un florero con dos botellas de plástico. De antemano quiero agradecerle a Hive account@jennyzer por esta excelente iniciativa♻️♥

Para iniciar, se recortan las dos botellas plásticas con el cúter, luego con ayuda de la tijera se comienza a emparejar los bordes. Después, colocar los bordes encima de una plancha para ropa, con el fin de darle un acabado mas estético al florero.

To begin with, the two plastic bottles are cut out with the cutter, then with the help of the scissors the edges begin to even out. Then, place the edges over a clothes iron, in order to give the vase a more aesthetic finish.

El siguiente paso, es pintar las dos bases para el florero. Debido a que el plástico es algo tedioso pintarlo la técnica que utilice fue darle golpes suaves con la brocha para que tuviera un lindo acabado. A este le agregue tres capas de color blanco.

The next step would be to paint the two bases for the vase. Since plastic is a bit tedious to paint, the technique I used was to gently hit it with the brush so that it would have a nice finish. To this I added three layers of white color.

En este paso se utiliza una bolsa plástica, agregando una pequeña cantidad de pintura sobre esta y esparciéndola con la mano, tal cual como se observa en la imagen de abajo. Inmediatamente se comienza a pintar las bases del florero dándole pequeños toques para que no se le acumule una gran cantidad de pintura. Para finalizar se pegan los dos picos con silicon caliente y se le coloca la cinta decorativa en esa zona.

In this step, a plastic bag is used, adding a small amount of paint over it and spreading it by hand, as shown in the image below. Immediately you start to paint the bases of the vase giving it small touches so that it does not accumulate a large amount of paint. Finally, the two spikes are glued with hot silicone and the decorative tape is placed in that area.
