Thursdays is the day we make house to house visits, this is the name of our Thursday project. This project consists of following up with the patients that have visited the health center during the week and due to their pathology, they must be followed up to know how they have evolved. This allows us to be aware of their improvements and if we can help them with something else, we do it as well.
Los días jueves es él día que realizamos visita casa a casa, así se le llama a nuestro proyecto de los días jueves. Este conociste en hacerle seguimiento a los pacientes que en el transcurso de la semana han visitado el centro de salud y debido a su patologia se les debe hacer seguimiento para así saber que ha sido su evolución, esto nos permite poder estar al tanto de su mejoras y si se se les puede ayudar con algo más también se hace.
