Anything that has to deal with legal issues at things that are always documented. You don't do legal issues without evidence or pursue a legal case without an evidence to back it up. Nowadays things are being legalized before they can be approved to commence operation and activities.
Talking about legalizing things does not necessarily mean going to a court to get an order but it also implies in putting a documented written notes or an agreement over a particular activity. It is expected that whenever things are being documented and signed, they are sealed and recommended or regard has been legal.
People get into trouble today because they involved in things that are not legalized, some of the agreement they do today are verbal agreement, com'on who does that in this generation again. Can you imagine that even some person go as far as documenting a promise. YES!!
I meant it when I say people documents promises. Sometime ago an issue raised in my community because of some promises that was not documented.
Someone give out his portion of land to the community so initiate a contract, along the process this land that was given out to this community for the project was not bought, and there was no written documents or agreement where he promised to give out his land to the community. So when this project continue to grow and well established. The man who gave out his portion of land came to claim it and everything in the land.
The community people thought it was just a joke but you can know how serious this matter looks like. When there is no documented agreement, it can always be proving otherwise.
This was how the community lost their project can they have established on that land already, because the man charged them to court and the court law demanded for a written agreement where the man agree on giving out his land permanently to the community for the project. And behold there was no provided evidence.
Recently I bought a stock that require me to make some agreement before making payment. Which is one of the things I always do no matter how little the property or products I'm purchasing is, I always ensure I have a written agreement of the transaction. We made a written agreement and it was signed by both parties.
It is advisable we stick to having legal permission and authorization in things we do today because legal issues can rise and you can fall victim of it at any time. In a situation where you have a legal evidence, that simply means that you have a right over your home possession.
Many persons have fall into the problem of doing things without legal authorization, and the end of facing challenges like legal issues. Many how landed in jail because of things they did right but neglected the legal aspect of society.
