I was having a silent time for myself and I was looking at the fact that many people are already in their old age state tend to stay older than those who are currently younger and I wonder why is that so because mostly those who are younger are supposed to be in good health since they are not open to any kind of thing that can affect the health and their system is still very strong to fight any form of disease. I check out the rate at which young people are having some sort of complications in terms of health and I see older people who are still very much active and doing well in the space and this makes me worry.

Still talking about the fact that older people sit down to live longer and they have a very lasting one is a very big concern because I do take some examples and easy to compare each other. The first one I take as a consideration is the fact that Those people currently at their old age like sixty five (65) years old and above mostly engage in farming and when I look at those times, there’s no form of any mechanical support like any form of machines that can help and support them while doing those farming activities compared to this current time when a lot of equipment have been produced and they use it for farming which has actually reduced the stress of working on the farm compare to how it was then. Farmers use their normal tools like cutlass, hoe and just rake.
Now in the aspect of food, we tend to see that a lot of food that are been eaten currently is nothing compared to what our fathers used to eat then which makes them last longer and add good immune system to their body. In the aspect of food we use to see the kind of nourished food they prepare and eat themselves which helps them fight disease and also keep them immune from every form of external disease compared to now where it is full of junk and most food which they eat actually affects their health and cause some things that will require Spending a lot of money in order to cure.
We see a lot of young people going to hospital every time just to make sure they are okay but there also see most older people who just take some local herbs and they are doing fine without any issue ageing well and living fine with no complications. Now to the big reason why younger one do not tend to have a very good health and i know it is very common is the fact that they indulge in a lot of unnecessary things that affect them so bad.
Turning smoking into a daily habit and not just normal cigarette which they smoke but they go into using of hard drug and even after using it they never go for any medical checkup before and they do not eat good food that can make them fight any form of illness. Smoking and having a routine check up will surely help the body to perform well but without that it is a problem.
