Hoy comparto con ustedes uno de los platos favoritos de mi esposo, Hígado encebollado, acá les muestro como hacerlo y los ingredientes que necesitamos,espero les guste.
Today I am sharing one of my husband's favorite dishes, Liver with onion, here I show you how to make it and the ingredients we need, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes:
✅ 1/2 kilo de hígado
✅ 1 cebolla grande
✅ 3 dientes de ajo
✅ 1 cucharada de salsa de tomate
✅ 1 cucharadita de mostaza
✅ 1 cucharadita de sal
✅ 2 cucharadas de aceite
Ingredients:
✅ 1/2 kilo of liver
✅ 1 large onion
✅ 3 garlic cloves
✅ 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
✅ 1 teaspoon mustard
✅ 1 teaspoon of salt
✅ 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparación:
Comienzo lavando muy bien el hígado con un poco de vinagre o limón y abundante agua.
preparation:
I start by washing the liver very well with a little vinegar or lemon and plenty of water.
Luego triturar 3 dientes de ajo con una cucharadita de sal.
Then crush 3 garlic cloves with a teaspoon of salt.
Sazonar el hígado con ajo triturado y sal.
Season the liver with crushed garlic and salt.
Cortar la cebolla en julianas y luego sorfreir en 2 cucharadas de aceite hasta que esten transparente, retirar del fuego y reservar.
Cut the onion into julienne strips and then fry in 2 tablespoons of oil until transparent, remove from heat and reserve.
Sorfreir el hígado en el mismo sarten hasta sellar.
Sauté the liver in the same pan until sealed.
Agregar la cebolla, una cucharadita de mostaza y una de salsa de tomate y dejar cocinar por 15 minutos y listo.
Add the onion, a teaspoon of mustard and a teaspoon of tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes and that's it.
Servir con los contornos de tu presencia yo en éste caso lo acompañe con arroz blanco y arepitas fritas.
Serve with the contours of your presence, and in this case, accompany it with white rice and fried arepitas.
