2 eggs
7 tablespoons sugar or according to taste
10 tablespoons medium protein flour
100 ml thick coconut milk
teaspoon SP/ food softener
1 tablespoon pandan paste
teaspoon salt
200 grams of coconut that has been grated white only
How to make :
1. Combine the grated coconut and salt into the cake pan and then compact it and then steam it for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, remove the steamed coconut and set it aside to cool.
3. Put the eggs, sugar, food softener into a bowl and beat with a mixer until the whites are fluffy.
4. Once completely fluffy, mix in the pandan paste and beat again on low speed.
5. After all mixed well, add the flour and beat again
6. After mixed well, slowly add thick coconut milk and mix well.
7. Put the putu ayu cake mixture into the coconut steamer
8. Steam the cake dough for 15 to 20 minutes
9. To find out whether the dough is cooked or not, we can stick a fork, if it is not sticky then the dough can be lifted.
