Wie ist das passiert?
Letzte Woche habe ich einen Artikel über die Boutique meiner Mutter in München veröffentlicht. Ich habe ihr erklärt, mit welchen Problemen sie konfrontiert ist und wie wir damit umgehen. Ich habe den deutschen Tag benutzt, da ich aus Deutschland komme und das Thema war über ihren Laden in München 😊
Obwohl ich nicht auf Deutsch schreibe, sahen einige Leute aus der deutschen Community meinen Beitrag und kommentierten ihn.
How did that happen?
Last week I posted an article about my mums boutique in Munich. I explained what problems she is facing and how we cope with that. I used the German tag since I am from Germany and the topic was about her shop in Munich 😊
Although I was not writing in German, some people from the German community saw my post and commented on it.

Ich konnte keinen Kommentar auf den Post abgeben, weil ich keinen Steem auf meinem Handy installiert hatte bzw. das Passwort nicht wusst. Da sie auf meine Bestätigung geantwortet haben, war ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass einige Leute da sein müssen und sagte es der Kellnerin: " Ich glaube, sie sind noch hier, ich werde sie suchen." Aus irgendeinem Grund war der erste Tisch bereits der Steemstammtisch und ich stellte mich der Gruppe vor.

I answered the post of
I was not able to comment on a post or something because I had no Steem installed on my phone. Since they replied to my confirmation I was quite sure that some people have to be there and told the waitress: “ I think they are still here, I will look for them.” For some reason the first table already was the Steem meetup table and I introduced myself to the group.
Wie wars?
Also, wie war es? Meiner Meinung nach war es wirklich interessant. Ich hatte wirklich gute Gespräche mit mehreren Teilnehmern des Meetups. Vom Gespräch über STEEM (was für eine Überraschung :P) über E-Commerce bis hin zum Start der SPACEX-Rakete und dem Schamanismus. Einige Gespräche waren noch persönlicher über Hobbys, Ferien und Interessengebiete.
Insgesamt war es viel besser, als ich erwartet hatte. Ich kann die Menschen nur ermutigen, Steemianer im wirklichen Leben zu treffen. Ich werde mich bemühen am nächsten Treffen teilzunehmen, wenn es für mich zeitlich funktioniert 😊
Der beste Teil dieses Meetups ist, dass sich Menschen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Interessen, Fachgebieten und Hintergründen treffen. Es geht um ein Hobby/Passion, das die Gruppe zusammenführt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es sehr selten, eine so heterogene Gruppe von Menschen im wirklichen Leben zu finden. Es erweitert deinen Horizont und ich würde mich sehr freuen, beim nächsten Treffen mehr Gesichter zu sehen.
How was it?
So how was it? In my opinion, it was really interesting. I had really good conversations with several participants of the meetup. From talking about STEEM (what a surprise :P) over e-Commerce to the start of the SpaceX rocket and shamanism. Some talks were even more personal about hobbies, vacations, and fields of interests.
Overall, it was way better than I expected it to be. I can only encourage people to meet Steemians in real life. I will defiantly attend to the next meetup if it works for me timewise 😊
The great part about this meetups is that you combine people with very different interests, fields of expertise and backgrounds. It all comes down to one hobby/passion which merges the group together. In my opinion, it is really rare to find such a heterogenic group of people in real life. It enlarges your horizon and I would be really happy to see more faces in the next meetup.

Da es sich um ein deutsches Treffen handelt und ich mit der Tatsache konfrontiert wurde, dass ich keine deutschen Beiträge mache, ist dieser Beitrag zweisprachig :P Danke für den Rat
Ich wünsche der Community ein schönes Wochenende. Ich hoffe, in naher Zukunft mehr von euch Jungs im wirklichen Leben zu treffen.

Since it is a German meetup and I got confronted with the fact that I do no german posts this post is bilingual :P Thank you for the advice
I wish the community a great weekend. Hope to meet more of you guys in real life in the near future.
