Saludos y Bendiciones.
Feliz dia runners. 💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️

Greetings and blessings.!
Friday was a holiday (Labor Day), so we had the day off, and we took the opportunity to do a different kind of workout—enjoyable and relaxed, without pushing ourselves too hard against the clock. Since we had time to do some hill training, I suggested to my husband that we go to a small hill that’s perfect for this kind of workout, plus it has a beautiful view and pleasant weather, making it very safe to go early. We left the house at 5:50 a.m. by car and arrived at the start of the mountain trail, but we warmed up a few meters before starting the climb. We began climbing the hill, keeping our strides short and active while breathing deeply. Every kilometer on this hill—and it really is a struggle—but you have to be patient, because the important thing here is to stay active. If we push too hard, we’ll all lose steam; instead, little by little, we keep going without stopping, and that’s the real achievement, even if we’re practically crawling 🤣🤣🤣.
This mountain has become very popular for hiking lately; it’s amazing to see how much it’s grown. It’s absolutely beautiful, with signs everywhere, and the trail is well-maintained—there aren’t many uneven rocks on the ground, and it’s flatter. We also did this training run, since in two weeks there will be a challenge combining cycling and running on this mountain. I hope to participate in the running portion; I took part in the first challenge that was held, and I hope to do the same in the second one, so I can connect with the running community in my area, since all of us who live in the city always see each other here. In total, it was a 3.2 km mountain hike with an elevation gain of 359 meters. We walked down the mountain, since running downhill is always hard on the knees, and since we were taking it easy, we weren’t in a hurry—in fact, it was great because I had a nice chat with my husband. I loved coming back to this mountain, and I didn’t stop at all, even though I was practically crawling on some sections. Happy day, runners.💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️
