Al terminar las 15 repeticiones, me senti agradecida y feliz porque termine completa la tarea. Termine roja como un tomate, asi me dejaron los intervalos en este dia, porque si que han estado intensa las temperaturas, y con un trabajo de este estilo de tanta actividad fisica, se pone a trabajar a toda maquina el cuerpo. Luego del trabajo de cambio de ritmos segui con el enfriamiento, que realice hasta llegar a casa. Que alegria se siente cuando se termina completo un entrenamiento de este estilo. Seguimos con los entrenamientos para seguir mejorando, y preparandome para siguientes retos.💕. En total realice 8,60 kilometros entre calentamiento, intervalos y enfriamiento.

Tuesday is our official interval training day—the workout that always pushes us to our limits, as it tests our ability to stick with it and gauges just how strong we are. You really have to be strong to tackle these challenging workouts, but they’re essential to our weekly training routine if we want to make progress and/or maintain our fitness. I left at 5:45 a.m. and warmed up for 15 minutes outside the stadium, since the stadium opens at 6:00 a.m., and since I’m running on a tight schedule, I moved the warm-up up. When I arrived at the stadium, it was already open and there were several people training. I immediately started the interval training, which this time was set to 2 minutes fast and 1 minute slow. I set this on my watch until I completed 6 kilometers; approximately every two minutes, I covered a distance of about 360–380 meters. I did a total of 15 repetitions of this interval. The last 5 were harder; I could really feel the fatigue setting in, but I told myself to finish because I always finish the work in God’s name—otherwise, I end up with regrets.
After finishing the 15 repetitions, I felt grateful and happy that I had completed the task.I ended up as red as a tomato—that’s how the intervals left me today. The temperatures have really been intense, and with a workout like this that involves so much physical activity, your body really goes into overdrive. After the pace-change workout, I continued with the cool-down, which I did all the way home. What a joy it feels to complete a workout like this. We’ll keep training to keep improving and preparing for the next challenges.💕. In total, I covered 8.60 kilometers between the warm-up, intervals, and cool-down.
