Life is not fair at dealing cards. But should that be a reason to give up on pursuing your dreams? I would simply say no. Life was never supposed to be fair nor we were handled an extensive guide to life where it is mentioned that we are all start equal and that our outcomes have the same fate. Life is a journey to all of us, filled with mysteries and all sorts of emotions that most of us have a hard time controlling and understanding.
The responsibility we have is so great that many decide to control things they can't, I see this life as a complex combination of various intertwined set of variables that we can never unfold and turn into a finite manipulable elements. The best way is to set yourself free by accepting this facet, not so hidden, yet invisible to most. Facing a strong current is an absurd way of approaching existence. Following a flow that will lead you to your best self is a wiser move, and there are many in existence ready to be exploited and bent to favor you in the pursuit of a meaningful life where your values are shaped with the part of the puzzle destined for you. This journey could be filled with suffering and malediction but never enough to keep you from rushing towards a safer coast.
Accept the evil in you but never allow it to overtake your spirit, there is always a voice deep in you that knows exactly what is the right thing to do or feel, but sometimes it is hard to discern it clearly when caught up with the mundanity of life and negative feelings. That voice is the symbol of liberation, the sort that is truly unique to your position in this world, the captain of that immense boat that will certainly lead you to a hidden paradise built solely by that area between your conscious and unconscious self. It is one of the most difficult of aspirations yet the most valuable.
