A surprise early snow!

I have kept track of our first snow fall for the past 15 years and this is the earliest. All the other years fall, on average, 20 days from now. Nov 15 was my previous early record, December 1 being the latest.

But when I woke up this morning I was very surprised to find everything covered in snow!

I grabbed the camera, and just like Hive account@farm-mom has been known to do, I went out taking pictures while I was still in my pajamas!

I was glad that I did, because by the time I was dressed and ready to start the day most of it had melted away.

Now, let's get back to autumn and Halloween!
