Referente a la temática, les comento que a nivel personal tengo un arraigo muy fuerte por la música tradicional. No solo la de mi país, sino que disfruto mucho de apreciar el folclore universalmente. Puesto a qué hace muchos años tuve la generosa oportunidad de asistir a varios festivales mundiales de folclor en europa. Esa experiencia fomentó en mi el interés en el estudio de las formas musicales tradicionales. Ceómo es evidente, el interés por la música de la región de mi país, en donde nací ( Estado Sucre)es aún mayor. Por eso decidí interpretar para ustedes un merengue tradicional de mi región; que popularizó el cantante venezolano Hernán Marín: "Yamaray".Como de costumbre, decidí compartirla con ustedes acompañado de mi fiel #cuatrovenezolano.
Regarding the theme, I would like to tell you that on a personal level I have a very strong attachment to traditional music. Not only that of my country, but I enjoy very much to appreciate folklore universally. Because many years ago I had the generous opportunity to attend several world folklore festivals in Europe. That experience fostered in me an interest in the study of traditional musical forms. As it is evident, the interest in the music of the region of my country, where I was born (Sucre State) is even greater. That's why I decided to interpret for you a traditional merengue from my region, popularized by the Venezuelan singer Hernán Marín: "Yamaray", and as usual, I decided to share it with you accompanied by my faithful #cuatrovenezolano.
