The Hive blockchain follows UTC for its transactions, while Hive account@mehive operates in the PST time zone. Either one is acceptable for powering up MEME. Even if your power-up transaction bears a January 27, 2025 date on hiveblocks.com, as long as it's still January 26th in Los Angeles County, your MEME power-up on January 26th will be considered valid by Hive account@memehive.
