Ionel Dinu filed a patent about producing a gravitational field based on his theory of aether in which radio waves are longitudinal electro-gravitational waves of compression (C) and rarefaction (R), with the phenomenon of gravity (G) being produced between R and C nodes as the force of pressure to a zone of lower pressure.
The patent describes a device consisting of a large capacitor connected to an extremely high voltage alternating power supply. By adjusting the frequency of the power supply, a stationary radio wave can be produced between the plates. Ionel Dinu theorizes that it will produce a gravitational wave in a similar way that stationary acoustic sound waves can levitate small objects in the air.
