We all have our daily routines, some to a greater extent than others, but deep down we are all essentially self programmed through habits that we have formed over our lives.
A Belief is just a Thought that you keep Thinking.
This is a powerful idea if used properly. Let me explain...
Some people are considered "negative people" and they just naturally see things in a glass half empty kind of way, while others are "positive people" and see the glass as half full. If we can recognize that both of these "types of people" are only the way they are due to their Habits of Thinking, then we can essentially train our minds to be anything we want.
Once this is understood then a completely new door to Self Improvement opens up; now you can choose to daily make an effort to look for more Positive thoughts and outlooks throughout your everyday experiences.
For example: Instead of getting upset over a traffic jam and putting yourself into a bad mood or getting upset because the kitchen is a mess and the garbage is overflowing at the end of your long work day, you can change that habit and just see it for what it is, an inconvenience, because really at the end of the day that is all that it needed to be.
Your habits of thinking can either bring you happiness or sadness; this is why so many people suffer from depression and anxiety and rely on prescription medications just to get through the day.
With a little effort every day in Finding more positive thoughts, a new habit can begin to form; making your life a more enjoyable and fulfilling one.
The purpose of life is Happiness. Happy is a Habit. Everyone CAN be Happy, EVEN YOU!
