Because i like food and preparing it with love, it makes sense to write about it and share my ideas.
Smoked Salmon Noodles.
Ingredients: for 2 pers.
Wokoil 2 tablespoons
1/2 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
(Warm)Smoked Salmon 175grams
Edamame beans 155grams
5 or 6 spring onions
1 Red pepper
5 grams Fresh Coriander
Noodles 150 gr
A pinch of salt (seasalt)
10 grams Ginger (fresh)
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice mix
1 tablespoon Sesame oil and sesame seeds (roasted)
1 tablespoon red Miso paste
2 tablespoon of water
Cook the noodles in boiling water and add a pinch of salt.(see instructions on the noodle package)
Now whe can chop up the vegetables.
Make sure you don't chop them too small. Except for the Ginger. I usually chop them diagonal.
Take a wokpan or any other good for stirfrying. Turn on the heatsource and place the pan on the heatsource.
Add a little oil and the Edamame beans. When the oil is hot add the Miso paste and the other vegetables. Add a little water and let it cook slow for a couple of minutes. Add the Chinese five spice mix.
Now add the Smoked Salmon and the Coriander.
Before adding the noodles, sprinkle them with the sweet soy sauce.
Turn up the heat for a minute and stirfry everything untill it looks ready. You can let it cool or eat when still hot/warm.
