Just a quick post today. I want to share with you a photo I took a few months ago in beautiful Regensburg, while on my way back from the Bavarian Forest. And I filmed the whole experience.
It was a beautiful, calm evening with just a little bit of rain. But when it comes to blue hour photography in a city, this is actually not a problem. Once it gets dark enough and the sky turns deep blue it always makes for a great photo opportunity.
In this case especially so as the lights of the city and the cathedral were turned on and created the perfect color contrast.
In the video below I show some behind the scenes. I show you my setup, the settings I used to take the photo and I also share some of the thoughts that went into the photo. I hope you like it.
