Today I will show you some photos of a Yakiniku place nearby in Azabu-Juban. Yakiniku is an old tradition of serving highest quality of meat to prepare by yourself at a fire at your own table.
You can decide how long you keep your meat slices on the fire. You just add a dip of sauce or just salt after and eat.... The meat is not comparable to the meat in other places of the world. It‘s so much better in Japan. Everyone who has been here will know what I am talking about. It‘s not being a patriot (I am only half Japanese), it’s just about the true taste...
