All Christians are called to make a difference in this world. If you do not have influence over people wherever you go, you are not a leader because leadership is influence. The true leader encourages analysis, reflection and is always encouraging personal decision making. The follower does what the (supposed) leader says.

A true leader gets people to learn to decide correctly for themselves; it helps them to believe in what they do, to think and enjoy their own task.
