Estamos em mais uma temporada e é sempre muito emocionante acompanhar a trajetória do nosso clube. Estamos na temporada 74 e dessa vez estou jogando na liga 3. Desde que me planejei financeiramente dando prioridade para jogadores mais baratos eu sabia que isso poderia acontecer; eu subo para a Liga 2, sou rebaixado e bato nos times da Liga 3 para apanhar novamente na Liga 2. Chega a ser engraçado esse ciclo!
Nesse momento eu estou invicto na Liga 3 e já posso dizer que sou campeão, a diferença para o segundo lugar está gritante! Será que essa temporada será a terceira vez que ganharei o campeonato invicto? Não sei pois ainda falta alguns jogos, mas está caminhando para isso. Um fato engraçado nessa temporada é que TODOS os jogos eu ganhei de 2x0, parece combinado mas não é!
Eu já sei que vou subir para a Liga 2 e apanhar mais uma vez por lá, talvez eu me segure por algumas temporadas lá em cima Vamos saber somente depois mas enquanto meu clube não for autossustentável para se manter financeiramente essa será a forma em que vou me posicionar e ficar caindo e subindo será normal.
Apesar de ter apenas jogadores iniciantes em meu time isso não significa que é um time ruim, com o decorrer das temporadas e treinos diários eles vão melhorando bastante os atributos. Ter jogadores razoáveis a um salário de 400 RBN por partida é um negócio dos bons, o triste é que seus salários ficam muito alto para renovar e preciso dispensá-los quando seu tempo acaba.
Como mencionei, estou priorizando minha saúde financeira e economizar para melhorar as estruturas é o que estou fazendo. Esse investimento pode ser muito importante para que o clube possa ser auto sustentável no futuro e quando isso acontecer melhores investimentos em bons jogadores vão fazer desse clube um lugar mais próspero e muito mais competitivo.
Melhorar o estádio para que possa suportar mais torcedores é o primeiro passo, uma das melhores opções para que entre dinheiro no caixa vem dessa ação. Fazer um upgrade no estádio é algo demorado e custoso então isso demanda planejamento. Pensar em administrar um clube é como administrar uma empresa, precisa fazer um revisão, ver oque pode ser melhorado, cortar gastos e potencializar os ganhos.

I don't know because there are still a few games left, but it's moving towards that. A funny fact this season is that ALL the games I won 2x0, it seems agreed but it's not!
I already know I'm going to go up to Liga 2 and get beaten up there again, maybe I'll hold on for a few seasons up there We'll know only later, but as long as my club isn't self-sustaining to maintain itself financially, that's the way I'll go position myself and keep falling and rising will be normal.
Despite having only beginner players on my team, that doesn't mean it's a bad team, with the course of seasons and daily training they improve their attributes a lot. Having reasonable players at a salary of 400 RBN per game is a good deal, the sad thing is that their salaries get too high to renew and I have to let them go when their time is up.
As I mentioned, I'm prioritizing my financial health and saving to improve structures is what I'm doing.
