My daughter and I decided to take a walk up scenic hill and where we took some photos while we enjoyed the view.
We started down at the park that we were at the other day.
As you can see it was a nice day for a walk and the hill offers a nice view overlooking the park from where we were standing.
We also seen this tree near where we were standing and it had a crucifix hanging from it.
It is both good to think that people are enough to hang something like this there in the hope that it helps some, but also sad in the realisation that they probably put it up due to someone they know either attempting or successfully hurting themselves here.
The photo above I took to highlight both the scenery on Scenic Hill and to highlight how dry it is up there at the moment. We have not gotten a lot of rain this summer and you can see the effect it is having on the bush.
