When I was 4 years old, I received one of the best gifts in my childhood, a Super Nintendo, my first video game console.

In my house that was a blessing for everyone, since not only did I get distracted most of the afternoon and evening with it, but my parents told me that until I finished my homework or my reading or math lessons I couldn't play , which for me was the goal to achieve every day, jajaja.
En mi casa eso fue un bendición para todos, ya que no solo yo me distraía gran parte de la tarde y noche con él, sino que mis padres me decían que hasta que no terminará las tareas o mis lecciones de lectura o matemática no podría jugar, lo que para mí era el objetivo a conseguir todos los días, jajaja.

Me gusta mucho recordar estos momentos felices de mi niñez, ya que en parte me ayudaron a formarme y a ser lo que soy hoy en día gracias a que me enseñaron perseverancia y constancia para lograr mis objetivos (así el objetivo fuese pasar dos horas jugando en mi Super Nintendo, jajaja).
I got to have several cassettes among which were Super Mario, a Bomberman game, another Kirby, there was another that played a lot that I don't remember what it is called that was about ships, I even remember one of agent 007 (if I remember correctly ), but my favorite of all was Donkey Kong Country.
Llegue a tener varios cassettes entre los que estaban Super Mario, un juego de Bomberman, otro de Kirby, había otro que jugaba mucho que no me acuerdo cómo se llama que era de naves, incluso recuerdo uno de del agente 007 (si no mal recuerdo), pero mi favorito de todos era el Donkey Kong Country.
I had an addiction with this game because I could play any other game, but even a few rounds of this game I had to play, although let me tell you that it was really bad, hahaha I don't think I have passed many worlds, I can say that it was better in Mario and that. which was also a bit bad.
Tenía una adicción con este juego pues podía jugar cualquier otra juego, pero aunque sea unas ronditas de este juego tenía que jugar, aunque déjenme decirles que era realmente mal, jajaja no creo haber pasado muchos mundos, puede decir que era mejor en Mario y eso que también era un poco malo.
The story of the game was very simple, King K. Rol (I googled him because I didn't remember his name) who was a crocodile or something similar, he stole Donkey Kong's banana collection and then our favorite gorilla embarks on a Adventure together with his nephew Diddy Kong (who is not a gorilla but a monkey, they did not know, jajaja), through different worlds, with a boss at the end of each one, in search of defeating the Crocodile King and thus recover His collection.
La historia del juego era muy sencilla, el Rey K. Rol (lo googlee porque no me acordaba como se llamaba) que era un cocodrilo o algo parecido, se robo la colección de banana de Donkey Kong y entonces nuestro gorila favorito se embarca en una aventura junto con su sobrino Diddy Kong (que no es un gorilla sino un mono, a que no sabían, jajaja), a través de diferentes mundos, con un jefe al final de cada uno, en busca de derrotar al Rey cocodrilo y así recuperar su colección.
This would be one of the first games to give absolute prominence to Donkey Kong and presents us with Kong Island, which we will go through while we select the levels and pass them. Another very good thing is that you could select other animals to help you complete the worlds.
Este sería uno de los primeros juegos en darle protagonismo absoluto a Donkey Kong y nos presenta la Isla Kong, que iremos recorriendo mientras seleccionamos los niveles y los pasamos. Otra cosa muy buena es que podías seleccionar otros animales para ayudarte a completar los mundos.
As for the graphics, it was the best and most revolutionary for the time, since "it was the first commercial game for home console to use pre-rendered 3D graphics", this part I did not understand much but I know what it has to do with how the animation and the atmosphere were projected or how we users came, so it's really incredible (if someone understands this much better, I would love to explain it a little better).
En cuanto a los gráficos fue lo mejor y más revolucionario para la época, ya que "fue el primer juego comercial para consola para el hogar en utilizar gráficos 3D pre-renderizados", esta parte no la entendí mucho pero se que tiene que ver en como se proyectaba o como veníamos los usuarios la animación y el ambiente, por lo que es realmente increíble (si alguien entiende mucho mejor esto, me encantaría que lo explicara un poco mejor).
As for the soundtrack it was very good and very entertaining, with jungle settings in some worlds and even from what I was reading, they have it as one of the best soundtracks for a video game, really something impressive!
En cuanto a la banda sonora era muy buena y muy entretenida, con ambientaciones de la selva en algunos mundo e incluso por lo que estuve leyendo, la tienen como una de las mejores bandas sonoras para un videojuego, realmente algo impresionante!
To finish I want to recommend this game, it represents a very beautiful part of my childhood as well as being part of the history of video games, I do not remember finishing it since I do not remember having defeated the crocodile king so I will take this as a personal mission for This quarantine, jajaja.
Para finalizar les quiero recomendar este juego, representa una parte muy bonita de mi infancia además de ser parte de la historia de los videojuegos, no recuerdo haberlo terminado ya que no recuerdo haber vencido al rey cocodrilo así que me tomare esto como una misión personal para esta cuarentena, jajaja.
