Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nutella or homemade chocolate pasta;
- 1 cup + 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond or any other milk;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- a pinch of salt (preferably pink Himalayan);
- 9 portions of rice protein powder;
- 1/2 cup oatmeal.
Preparation
Spread the chocolate pasta, salt, vanilla extract, milk into the food processor and mix until a uniform mass is formed. In a separate bowl, mix the protein powder with oatmeal and gradually, constantly stirring, introduce a mixture of dry ingredients into the chocolate mass. As a result, you should get a mixture that resembles a pastry dough.
Ready mixture put in a prepared little mold with low edges, covered with baking paper, well pound, cover and send to the refrigerator for the night.
