Recipe for Oreo cheesecake
Ingredients
- 36 cookies Oreo
- ¼ cup of melted butter
- 4 packs of cream cheese at room temperature
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of whipped cream (already assembled)
Preparation
Rustic cut 15 cookies. Grind the remaining ones and mix them with the butter. With this mixture forms the base of the cake. Use a mold of 13 by 9 inches.
Refrigerate while you prepare the cheese and oreo filling.
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Gently add the whipped cream and the pieces of biscuit.
Pour over the cookie base and spread the mixture well so that it is even.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
