Busy.org is a social media platform built on Steem blockchain.
When you post on Steemit.com it appears automatically on busy.org and vice versa, ever since I knew busy.org because of it's user friendly and easy to accessible features, I hardly use steemit.com to steem.
In steemit.com, we have this redeem reward feature as shown in the portion marked red in picture below:

In busy.org they is no redeem reward feature which makes it impossible to claim your reward through busy.org website, so this is what is obtainable in busy.org website as shown in the picture below:
I am of the opinion that redeem reward feature should be added busy.org so as have something like this as shown in the picture below:
my reasons and conclusion
If the redeem reward feature is added to busy.org it will enable it's users who are addicted to the website to beable to claim/redeem their steeming rewards even without going to the steemit.com website to do so, and this will attract more traffic to the busy.org website.
