Because every act of Police brutality has a few other Officers standing around doing nothing to help the victims of the Assaults or murders Perpetrated by their Comrades in Arms!

Such as armored vehicles, night vision gear, sniper rifles, grenade launchers and any other crazy shit you might see in a B rate action flick!

This in effect turns cops into muggers for the big Banks! Adding Insult to injury those fuckers should have been allowed to fail back in 2008.
Because qualified immunity raises The legal standard to meet for prosecuting an officer both civilly and criminally so high that most lawyers won’t bother to look at any case against an officer.

Pro worship of authority Narratives are hammered into people’s minds by corporate media that are more often than not ever questioned in any substantive way. The net effect this has on the mind of your average cop is to give them a grotesquely over inflated sense of importance and entitlement!
This is one of the primary reasons why law-enforcement often act out in violence when dealing with the citizenry.
