I created my account in March, and didn't actually get around to using it until May/June (I wish I did though, STEEM was so much cheaper then!!) Anyway - better late than never, because I am so glad to be here.
For me, STEEM has been a place to get news, read up on ideas and strategies for CryptoCurrency, develop new contacts, and share my own content. Writing for me has always been pretty cathartic, and this pseudo-anonymous platform has been the perfect medium for me to really get started.
See, recently, I put in my 2-4 week notice at work. I'm moving from full time agency life, to full-time freelance web development and digital marketing.
I am really excited to be able to do this. My schedule is going to completely change, freeing up my week for more management of my team, creative projects, technical learning, and networking with future clients.
It's really exciting, and I am going to be learning a lot. So I hope to share these experiences with you, Steemit!
There are so many topics I plan on talking about, from poetry, to marketing, to crypto (and all the possibilities there) to philosophy, politics, and more!
I am looking forward to learning from all of you as well :)
