The Arco della Pace is a triumphal arch of Milan located at the beginning of Corso Sempione.
Dedicated to peace among the European nations reached in 1815 with the Congress of Vienna, it was inaugurated on 10 September 1838 with a lavish ceremony presided over by the newly crowned Emperor Ferdinand I of Austria.
