INGREDIENTS:
Egg yolk - 8 pieces
Egg white - 6 pieces
Sugar - 250 g
Cocoa - 1/4 cup
Flour - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Bitter chocolate - 150 g
Milk chocolate - 150 g
Cream - 250 ml
Vanilla sugar - 5-6 tablespoons
PREPARATION INSTRUCTION:
- For the test, mix the egg whites with sugar. In egg yolks add one tablespoon of water, vanilla sugar and mix everything. Melt the chocolate and add to the egg yolks.
- Add the egg whites to the yolk mixture. Flour and cocoa to sift and add gently to the resulting mixture.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- While the cake is baked, prepare a towel of the appropriate size (we will lay out the finished cake on it) and sift the cocoa powder onto it.
- Put the cake on a towel and gently wrap it in a roll directly with a towel, leave to lie down cake 10-15 minutes, until it cools down.
- For cream, mix cream with vanilla sugar until a thick mass is formed. Put the cream in a deep cup and put it in the refrigerator.
- Turn the cake and apply cream and re-wrap it with the same towel.
- Then decorate the cake with melted chocolate and put it in the refrigerator for three hours.
- At the end, add fresh strawberries and mint.
