Kinoa is great for a variety of salads and snacks, so today I also decided to try the kinoa as a useful dinner to prepare a kinoa with vegetables and add mushrooms to them. It seems to me that a kinoa with vegetables turned out to be a very rich and satisfying dish, all the vitamins necessary for the excellent support of the body in tonus are present here.
Kinoa consists of small seeds of different colors. Color kinoa depends on the variety and the grains can be white, red, brown and black.
INGREDIENTS:
- Kinoa - 75 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Pepper - 1 pc.
- Green peas - 6-7 pieces
- Corn - 1/2 cob
- Mushrooms - 50 g
PREPARATION:
1. Kinoa boil in a saucepan for about 15 minutes and then drain.
2. Prepare the vegetables. Pepper cut into small cubes. Cut the carrots into small strips. Peel green peas and corn.
3. Heat the frying pan on the stove and add olive oil. Put the kinoa and vegetables on the frying pan and stir well. Stew for about 8-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
4. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in olive oil in another pan and add salt and pepper.
5. In the end, mix the kinoa with vegetables and mushrooms.
6. Lay the kinoa with vegetables and mushrooms in a deep cup and decorate with mint leaves.
