I have been able to verify that laughter is an excellent therapy for our organism, being a Psychologist, I have been able to use this valuable tool or technique, for the healing of some of my patients, with problems of depression, loneliness, insecurity, cancer patients, children who have gone through child abuse, helping them in this way, to be able to see beyond the glass, that they can observe all the potential they have, through laughter I have obtained good results.
He podido comprobar, que la risa es una excelente terapia para nuestro organismo, al ser Psicóloga, he podido utilizar esta valiosa herramienta o técnica, para la sanación de algunos de mis pacientes, con problemas de depresión, soledad, inseguridad, pacientes oncológicos, niños que han pasado por maltrato infantil, ayudándolos de esta forma, a poder ver más allá del cristal, que puedan observar, todo el potencial que tienen, a través de la risa he obtenido buenos resultados.
It is always effective, giving joy to appreciated people, even more, when they have some problems that demotivate them in life and require a helping hand that changes their lives and what better therapy, than to find the formula to get a smile, when they need it the most and help them find motivation in their life.
I wanted to leave you this little reflection, before exposing to you my experience during my childhood that left its mark on me, so much so that I still laugh, when my mother reminds me of it.
Siempre resulta efectivo, dar alegría a las personas apreciadas, más aún, cuando presentan algunos problemas que lo desmotivan en la vida y requiere de una mano amiga que les cambie la vida y que mejor terapia, que buscar la fórmula para sacarle una sonrisa, cuando ellos más la necesitan y ayudarlos a encontrar una motivación en su vida.
Quise dejarle esta pequeña reflexión, antes de exponerles mi vivencia durante mi infancia que dejó huella en mí, tanto que todavía me río, cuando mi madre me lo recuerda.
When I was 6 years old my mother had a lunch at the Military Circle of Maracay, where they celebrated a reunion between the teachers of the campus where my mother worked, she took me to her meeting with a very nice white suit, white shoes, white socks and a Faralaos blúmer and I escaped to my mother while she talked with her companions, along with other children from the meeting and we went to the pool, the other children had their swimsuits and I did not, I decided to undress and got into the pool in blúmer and the lifeguard went to the meeting, where my mother was and asked who was a brunette girl who got into the pool alone.
Cuando tenía 6 años de edad mi madre tuvo un almuerzo en el Círculo Militar de Maracay, donde festejaban un reencuentro entre los profesores del plantel donde trabajaba mi madre , me llevo a su reunión con un traje blanco muy lindo zapatos blancos, medias blancas y un blúmer de faralaos y me le escape a mi mamá mientras ella conversaba con sus compañeras, junto con otros niños de la reunión y nos fuimos a la piscina , los demás niños tenían su traje de baño y yo no, decidí desvestirme y me metí en la piscina en blúmer y el salvavidas fue a la reunión, donde estaba mi mamá y preguntó de quien era una niña morenita que se metió sola en la piscina.

The dress was floating in the pool and the shoes were on the grass and I was jumping down the pool slide that was made of cement, as if there was no tomorrow and when my mom took me out, I had worn all the blúmer, the beautiful and beautiful pharaohs disappeared; My mother had to call my father, so that he would bring me a change of clothes to the meeting to change me, being a girl I did not pay much attention to what they will say, but if I was scared that my mother would scold me in front of the others kids. And what she told me was, wait until your father came to change you and then we talked.
Mi madre salió corriendo a la piscina y encontró que esa niña era yo. El vestido, estaba flotando en la piscina y los zapatos estaban en la grama y yo me estaba lanzando por el tobogán de la piscina que era de cemento, como si no hubiera un mañana y cuando mi mamá me sacó , había desgastado todo el blúmer, los faralaos bellos y hermosos desaparecieron; mi mamá tuvo que llamar a mi padre, para que me llevará una muda de ropa a la reunión para cambiarme, al ser niña no le prestaba mucha atención al qué dirán, pero si estaba asustada que mi madre me fuera a regañar delante de los demás niños. Y lo que me dijo fue, espera que llegué tu padre para cambiarte y después hablamos.

Today, when we remember this fact and tell it as an anecdote, we laugh a lot, because at that moment, what I wanted was to enjoy the pool, but my mother, I dress very beautifully that day that even loops made me, so that his companions would see me beautiful, all the hours it took me to get ready, they were lost in the blink of an eye.
Moral: we must always bring a change of clothes for children, because we do not know what surprises they come up with.

Hoy en día, cuando recordamos este hecho y lo contamos como una anécdota, nos reímos mucho, porque en ese momento, yo lo que quería era disfrutar de la piscina, pero mi madre, me arreglo muy bonita ese día que hasta bucles me realizó, para que sus compañeros me vieran hermosa, todas las horas que tardó arreglándome, se perdieron en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
Moraleja: siempre debemos llevar una muda de ropas para los niños, porque no sabemos con qué sorpresas nos salgan.
