In our first post I made you familiar with the Italian variation of baked chicken. Italians like garlic and tomatoes as well. Normally they are fans of oregano, basil and sometimes tarragon. One of the most famous dishes — spaghetti — are made with these spices. And tomatoes, of course. And if you like pizza — which spices you normally use with it?
The second recipe was from Africa, Morocco. What was different to the first one, the Italian recipe? If you tried both variations of cooking, which one did you like more? And why? Which one was easier to make? What about the different taste styles? Which spices the Moroccans utilize?
