Today I was craving for this potatoes flour snacks and I rushed down to my nearby market and bought the ingredients I needed and used it to make this Snacks which was very soft and yummy.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Seven pieces of Sweet potatoes 🍠
🌳One pieces of fresh pepper
🌳one cup of Flour
🌳one bulb of onions
🌳One tablespoon of salt
🌳Half litre of Vegetable oil
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this yummy snacks.
Firstly I pour water inside my pot and allow it to boil very well then peeled my potatoes,washed it throughly and then I added my peeled potatoes 🥔 and allow it to cook very well and I washed my onions and fresh pepper and slice my pepper and set aside.
Then I prepared my Ingridients and set aside.
I chopped my onions and then allow my potatoes to boil very well,I now added my salt and after a while,my potatoes was ready,then allow it to cool a little and then I mashed my potatoes very well till it is properly mashed,then I pour my flour inside my seive and seived it inside my mashed potatoes and then used my hands and mashed it properly,
Then After mashing it very well,I added my chopped onions and put it on top of my baking tray and use my bottle and mashed it very well till it was flat and then I used my knife and slice it into four pieces and then use my hands and design it with my fork and added my chopped onions and sliced fresh pepper on top of it,I now pour my vegetable oil inside my frying pan and design my snacks and set aside.
After a while of my oil being heated,I started putting my snacks one after the other till am done with the frying,
My Potatoes Flour Snacks was Ready and I served myself which I enjoyed my yummy snacks,
