Hello hello, hellooooo everyone.
I still remember the whole process and the anxiety I went through until I got my confirmation email from Steemit.Inc that I was officially a new Steemit member. A process that lasted almost 3 weeks...
Can you imagine? 3 damn weeks... I've heard there are cases that this mail...never arrived, or that it arrived after a month+
I wish there was that option 13 months back on 's amazing tool. I would have been a member in like...1 minute or so...supposedly of course you know an insider to create it for you.
-What tool are you talking about?
Is that really a question? The Steemworld.org tool of course.
So here we go. All you have to do is visit www.Steemworld.org, find your account by using /@your user name after the extension and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where you can find the tool section. It looks like this.
In order to create a new account, you have to claim it first. Meaning, that you either have to pay 3 steem, or, pay using your RC's. I chose to pay with RC's in this example.
After you choose your payment method you hit the claim button and a message pops up where youll be asked to use your active key. You copy and paste it from your Steemit wallet and hit the OK or you can select to do it with Steemconnect.
That's it. Now you are ready to create your new account. All you need to do is find a name that isn't being used and create your Master Key by hitting the generate button. It will look like the screenshot below.
don't try to use this key...obviously I've changed it
Make sure you save your key on a text file before you hit the create account button.
That's it. You officially created your new account. All it takes is 1 minute. Really. Maybe less...if you are familiar with the procedure.
ALERT
Approximately 7 trill RC's are needed for a new account to be created. That means that you need to have at least 4.5K SP.
This was my RC status just before I create 2 new accounts.
You see...I was a bit greedy...and this was the result of my greediness...
So if you plan on creating one...be really cautious not go on negative RC status => No interaction with the platform until they recharge with a 20%rate every 24 hours.
I would also like to ask if he could add a function showing the exact cost of RC's needed to create a new account and maybe auto abort the process if someone is about to go on negative RC status...or something similar. I am sure he knows best what to do.
That's it for today fellas. I hope you found it informative.
This is also my suggestion / proposal for all the founding members of the . We should / could all create an account or two every week and give the keys to
account. This could be a cool way to on board some new members and be part of steem's success.
