After a break here comes the Homonyms again and for this week we got Never Have I Ever as a topic where a lie is sitting quietly, figure out the lie if you can and if you wanna join too then go through this week's Homonyms - Let The Words Flow announcement post.
So here I am starting.
Never wanted to have a bike desperately.
At this stage of where I am standing now, most of the boys dream of having a bike and many around me also do have one. From my school days, my friends got bikes, some used to ride their own whereas some used to come with their dads. Got the opportunity to learn to ride plenty of times, my closest circle has a few bikes too, it's like I stepped outside my home, and here come my friends with their bikes.
Even after so many close attachments with bikes I was never determined to learn how to ride a bike, tried a few times, and got the thrill too but discarded the idea. Never really got desperate to have one, had a feeling of curiosity or show off for different reasons but those never sustained. Never told my family to have one too, whether they permit it or not, I just haven't expressed any wish in this matter, maybe there are a few reasons too but this is what it is. The highlighted quote is that I was always surrounded by bikes and bike enthusiasts but never grew that interest desperately to have one nor do I see any hope that might arise in the coming days.
Taught how to solve a cube but never learned to solve it on my own.
While reading some of the homonyms entries I got this topic, one that has stuck with me from my childhood, that's Rubik's cube solving. Come on, there has always been a fascination with solving a Rubik's cube, watching them solving the whole cube within a few minutes, some do that in less than a minute too. So in my childhood, I brought several ones but never completed any of them, maybe just one or two sides max. Last year, I taught two kids how to solve a Rubik's cube, but I never learned the strategies for solving it myself. Can you believe it? Last month I got a new one too, and it's lying there as a showpiece on my table.
Have never lost my track to join the Military Forces.
Have you seen me? Maybe yes or even if you haven't then lemme tell you that I am a guy of XL size, hehe. 6 feet in height and healthy enough, so from my teenage my relatives have always encouraged me to join the army, they wanted to see me in any of the military forces. There were always fancy tails about them, people respect them a lot too, and so far they haven't broken mine too. Yeap, I have wanted to join them, get involved to serve my country, this could be one of the best ways to show our patriotism, earn respect, and also by far the least corrupt place in the country from my point of view. So it has always been a desire for me to join them but I couldn't, will I be joining them again? What do you think? Maybe not. Well, enough on this for now.
Come on, make your move now.
