When you don't get satisfaction from playing a game, there is a nagging feeling in your mind. I played such a game yesterday, but to be honest, I didn't like the game at all. I always like games with a little high-voltage action, battlefield excitement, and games where there is a lot of shooting and tactical combat. For that purpose, I downloaded 'Delta Force' from the Play Store today. And to be honest, the experience I got the first time I entered, it seems that my search for a real game has come to an end.
With this thought in mind, I suddenly downloaded 'Delta Force' from the Play Store today. Honestly, what I realised after playing the first few minutes is that this game is not just another shooting game; it is a complete war experience.
As soon as I opened the game, its graphics caught my eye. Absolutely clear, detailed and much more realistic. And the ‘Tomb Raider’ collab that is currently going on has taken the game a step further. Seeing Lara Croft in-game, exclusive events—all of this creates a different hype feeling.
As soon as I entered the first mission, I was sent to the ‘Ahsarah’ map. The environment was designed in such a way that it felt like I had actually landed on a battlefield. That moment of descending from the helicopter with a rope… It was a heart-pounding excitement. When the sound of gunfire started around me after landing, I felt like this was the real action.
The game’s combat system really struck me. You don’t just have to go forward and shoot; you have to think hard here. When to use electric shock, when to use recon to find out the enemy’s location—everything falls into a strategy. When the enemies started coming one after another in the ‘Kill All Enemies’ mission, I realised that there was very little room for error here.
I was using the P90 and M16A4. The gunfire and recoil sounds are so real that I often forget that it's a game. It feels like I'm actually standing in a field. When enemies are highlighted in red, sometimes you have to snipe from a distance, and sometimes you have to take risks and move forward—the decision is entirely up to you.
The map is really huge. Barracks, cement plants, and administrative areas—everywhere has its own challenges. When I went on a mission to clear 5 enemies in the administrative area, I realised the importance of teamwork the most. When my teammates (Mirzaiqi, Aria1001, Ryu2405) were providing cover, I could loot very easily.
The looting system is also quite fun. Getting helmets, vests, and good weapons from enemies really gives a satisfying feeling. After getting a Uzi or M870, it seemed like the game became more serious. Since the inventory system is simple, you can quickly change weapons even in the middle of a battle—this helps a lot.
All in all, Delta Force has been a completely new experience for me. I got everything I was looking for—realistic feel, high-action, and strategic combat. It's not just a game, it's a feeling of being inside a war.
This is just the beginning;t here are many more missions ahead. Let's see where this war journey takes me.
