Yellow represents Freshness, happiness, clarity, energy, honor, loyalty and joy.
Among hindu, yellow is the color of knowledge and learning. It symbolises happiness, peace, meditation, competence and mental development. Lord vishnu's dress is yellow symbolising his representation of knowledge. Lord krishna and ganesh also wear yellow dresses. Yellow clothes are worn and yellow food is eaten in spring festival. Unmarried girls wear yellow to attract mate and keep evils away.
