This guy has echo and at battlecry he gives you random legendary card to your hand. Theoretically, you can throw him 3x if you have at least 9 mana.
Is it good? Idk. Is Sindragosa good? Random legendaries to hand aren't a good reward. It can by good card for arena, but in constructed, meh...
