Do you know that feeling when it is so hot the only thing you want to eat is ice cream? And what could be more refreshing than a popsicle? Though you can buy them pretty much anywhere, the ones in the market usually have only sugar in their value. But I have good news for you! You can make popsicles yourself and you can pack them with vitamins instead of sugar!
You will need:
1 cup of raspberries (may be frozen);
1 ripe banana;
1 optional spoonful of plain yogurt;
1 tablespoon of honey;
Blend all ingredients together and pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze until firm.
This quantity makes 4 small popsicles.
