What more can I say about the yummiest pork I've ever had? This recipe has an outstanding flavor thanks to the correct combination of vegetables and sweet corn
When you cook it for a bit, it develops the caramel flavor that everyone loves. The recipe is then served with white rice.
You might be wondering the part of the pork you should used. I’ll suggest you used the Pork shoulder (which is what I used here), pork belly, or boneless pork ribs are the best part of the pork to be used this is because of the fat content which is exactly right to make the pork sauce soft and juicy.
The reason why I added vegetables is because of the numerous health benefits… vegetables contains a lot of nutrients that are useful for the immune system and the body system in general.
INGREDIENTS
Pork
Boiled Rice
Carrot
Sweet Corn
Red Pepper and Tomatoes
Vegetable Oil
Onions
Green Pepper
Salt and Maggi.
Step 1: Wash the red pepper, tomatoes and the carrots. Then sliced and set aside.
Step 2: Boil the rice and set aside… you can put in a cooler so it won’t get cold… then boil and deep fry the pork and set aside too.
Step 3: Place a clean pot on a medium heat, add the vegetable oil and heat for a minute, then fry the onions for another one minute.
Step 4: Add the sweet corn and allow to fry for a minute too.. finally add the green beans then add small water and cover it.
Step 5: Add the carrots and allow to cook for 10 minutes before adding the sliced red pepper and tomatoes.
Step 6: Finally add fried pork and the green leaf then allow to cook for 15 minutes.. turn off the heat and serve with the white rice.
Now serve and enjoy, make sure you serve with the white rice (recommended).. enjoy wan don’t forget to share with your neighbors 😁
