You have lived enough life to realize how quickly time passes. As days, weeks, months, even years seem to just slip by without much notice. So what is stopping you? What stories are you believing that are holding you back? You have a choice, always. You just need to take action to make it happen.

There can be comfort in what is known. Even if you live in hell, it can be comfortable because you understand it. It’s familiar to you and you know how to operate within it. Perhaps you even believe you deserve the life you have. Do you believe that because you’ve made mistakes you deserve to be unhappy?

When will you forgive yourself and move on from these things? When do you get to be free? Or have you sentenced yourself to life in hell? If you want things to change you have to choose better for yourself, and you have to forgive yourself. Let go of your past and be, here, now!

Change can start today, right now, right here. You can be whatever you want to be, this is your life and only you can live it. You get to choose what you want and what you don’t want. You get to say yes and you get to say no to whatever you want. The choice is yours, so make it.
